By purchasing access to the Seduce by Design (the “Program”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Digital Nature & No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Program, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to inability to attend live sessions, change of schedule, or dissatisfaction with content.

2. Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to workbooks, swipe files, archetype sheets, frameworks, video replays, and any related resources provided during or after the Program, are the exclusive property of Tanya Marie.

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal business use only.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or publicly display any part of the materials without prior written consent.

3. Access & Availability

  • General Access purchasers receive live access and replay access in the private Facebook group until the specified replay cut-off date.

  • VIP purchasers receive permanent replay access via the private YouTube playlist provided.

  • It is your responsibility to download or save any materials provided within your access window.

4. No Guarantees of Results

While the Program provides strategies, insights, and frameworks, there are no guarantees—express or implied—regarding specific financial results, business growth, or client acquisition. Your success depends on your own implementation, effort, and market conditions.

5. Participation & Conduct

You agree to participate in the Program in a respectful manner. Disruptive, disrespectful, or harassing behavior toward the host or other participants may result in removal from the Program without refund.

6. Technology & Access Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology to access the Program, including internet connection, Zoom, and access to the private Facebook group (if applicable).

7. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tanya Marie, will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Program.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
